I'm setting up my own gym at home.  A chin up bar, dip bars some home made weights (I think anything heavy will do) and somewhere to run.

I'd go use the middle stairs, or even the escalator that's going down when no one is on it.

By the way, Folks- that gym (yes, it's for real) is apparently in Point Loma, California, near San Diego.
